Riccardo Cassiani-Ingoni
Ph. D. Neurophysiology, University of Rome, Italy
M.S. Biology, University of Pisa, Italy
Riccardo was born and raised in Rome, Italy. At 18, he moved to Pisa to earn a Master's degree in biology with a concentration in basic neuroscience at the University of Pisa. There, he spent 4 years researching the molecular mechanisms that underlie learning and memory in simple neural networks. After obtaining his degree, Riccardo moved to the United States to work as a research fellow in the Neuroimmunology Branch of the National Institutes of Health, where he designed and conducted clinical studies and research projects. This work earned him two important prizes: the Integrative Neural Immune Award from the National Institutes of Mental Health, and The Mangrella Prize for the Best Italian Neuroscientist under 35 years. During this time, he also entered and concluded a Ph.D program in neurophysiology with the University of Rome.
Throughout the six years he spent in America, Riccardo developed a deep knowledge of alternative and complementary medicine through taking courses on a wide array of healing techniques. Right before his return to Italy, Riccardo discovered Brain State Technologies and was instantly enamored with the system because it presented a new and holistic way he could apply his scientific background. He believes that everyone can gain joy, balance and harmony by rewiring their brain through BST training, freeing their body through T.R.E., and enlightening their thinking through the books of Byron Katie.
